Consultant and Contract Opportunities

To download a copy of the opportunity, you must visit the E-procurement website and search for bids.  You can search for the opportunity, by using one (or all) of the following criteria and clicking the search button:

•  Event ID -- shown in the listing below

•  Event Name -- the contract number (just the RFP/RFQ portion)  

•  Department  -- enter 8660

It is the policy of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) to promote and encourage Small Business (SB) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation in all procurement and contracting activities. The Cal e-Procure system includes an advertisement feature. Suppliers and bidders can place ads on a solicitation to promote themselves and find subcontractors or prime contractors to partner with in submitting a solicitation response. To place adds you must be registered on Cal e-Procure. Once you have logged in, click Post Vendor Ad to get started.
