- As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the CPUC is not accepting customer utility complaints in person. Please call us at 1-800-649-7570 or file your complaint online.
- If you have questions about your transportation carrier license, please visit the Transportaton Carrier Portal or email licensing@cpuc.ca.gov.
- If you have questions about how to access your Account or how to use the Transportation Carrier Portal, please visit the Help/FAQ page.
- To report a problem using the CPUC Transportation Carrier Portal, please visit servicedesk.cpuc.ca.gov/tcphelp.
- Please note: All licensing applications and forms are now handled exclusively through the online Transportaton Carrier Portal. CPUC Transportation Licensing no longer accepts documents by regular mail or e-mail.
