The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) will hold virtual/remote public participation hearings (PPHs) for this proceeding on July 15, 2026 and July 23, 2026. The PPHs are an opportunity for the public, especially mobile voice customers, to communicate directly with the Commission regarding their mobile voice services, in particular as it relates to the issues raised in this proceeding.
