The purpose of this meeting is for the program administrators to present elements of the draft implementation plan. The program administrators will report out on the input that they received from the summer public workshops series. They will also present on how the input was incorporated into the draft proposal and if specific input was not incorporated, provide reasons why.
Meeting participants will have the opportunity to confirm if the program administrators are adequately representing the input they provided. Additionally, participants will also provide input on the direction of the draft implementation plan.
Please note that the draft implementation plan presented at this meeting is preliminary and will be subject to further review and input. Additionally, attendees’ input at this meeting will not be part of the official record. The deadline for the program administrators to file the final implementation plan is on December 3, 2021. At that time, parties will have the opportunity to comment on the joint implementation plan as part of the official record. Subsequently, the Commission will issue a decision to formally adopt the Microgrid Incentive Program.
