Communications Resiliency Plans
Wireless and Wireline providers must develop comprehensive resiliency strategies to prepare for catastrophic disasters and power outages for facilities in Tier 2 and Tier 3 High Fire Threat Districts, pursuant to Decision (D).20-07-011 and Decision (D).21-02-029. These strategies include, but are not limited to, 72-hour backup power requirements, redundancy, network hardening, and preparedness planning.
